1)
I really like Herring and Pro Troll Sting Fish when fishing for river
kings.

2)
I fillet both sides of the bait fish

3)
I also like using Scissors for a cleaner cut and they are easier to
use. Trim the belly out of all the baits

4)
Depending on the size of the bait fillets small baits I get two wraps
per side larger three.

5)
Once you cut the baits in half it's time to cut the notch for the hook
ring, This cut should be approximately 1/2" long right down the enter of your bait.

6)
On a belly wrapped plug notice how the notch slides on either side of
the hook ring

7)
Slide the bait all the way up against the hook ring as in this picture
then wrap it tight.
Make sure you put a few wraps towards the bill to hold that bait against
the plug so the current will not tear it off.

8)
This is a blurry picture( Sorry) of what a bill wrapped plug should look like.
I use herring combined with Pro Cure Kenia Cocktail or Sardine Sauce. I pre wrap
12 plugs and soak all of them in the Pro Cure.
I will also cut extra ready to use baits pre cut with the notch in a
zip lock bag soaking in the Pro Cure Mix ready to roll when needed.
