This is what I use. Nothing too technical.
All you need is a standard worm threader, some beads, hooks of your choice, worms and leader
2
Tie a hook on the line and slide a bead
down the line to the hook eye. I don't think it matters what color bead you use. (NOTE, I USED HI-VIS LINE TO DO THIS PICTORIAL. I DON'T USE IT FOR THIS APPLICATION).
3
I stick the line into the top of the
worm threader
4
Pull the line down tight against the
worm threader handle.
5
Stick the worm threader and line into
the plastic worm above the tail. I always leave about an inch. I like it flopping in the current
6
Guide the threader up into and through
the entire worm
7
When the tip pokes through, grab the
line and pull it out a little till you get that loop.
8
Pull the line out of the threader, hold
onto the line and remove the threader.
9
Then, pull the worm tight against the
bead.
WHEN YOU LOOK UNDER THE WORM, YOU'LL SEE THAT THE BOTTOM IS
FLAT.
That's where I stick the worm threader through.
FISH-ON-BABY. It's that easy.
