Guardian/s at all times while fishing the tournament, this means on the same boat)
All entrants must abide by all State of Oregon Laws and possess a current Oregon state fishing license; All fish
are to be taken by legal fishing methods.
All entrants must use a watercraft. NO BANK FISHING.
Any person accompanying a paying participant must be entered in the derby or that
team is disqualified.
Target fish will be King Salmon, the largestChinnok wins the tournament. The heaviest fish by weight will determine
the winner, In the event of a tie - the most total inches in length of said fish will determine the winner.
All measurements are final. There will be NO re-weighs , Fish that are snagged, foul hooked, gaff, frozen or gill
net marks will be disqualified.
The tournament will officially begin for fishing at legal fishing time per Oregon State law on Saturday Sept. 12th
2009.
Awards presentation will follow weigh-in on Saturday, Sept. 12th, 2009.
Any people conducting themselves in a disorderly or intoxicated manner will be disqualified and expelled from the
tournament, and denied re-entry to future tournaments. We want to make sure Salmon Trout and Steelhead.com remains
in good standing.
All water craft must comply with Coast Guard standards of equipment and safety.
Failure to comply with any of the above said rules will result in entrant's disqualification. Tournament official's
(STS.com Pro Staff) decisions are final. This tournament will not be canceled or rescheduled due to weather conditions.
I the undersigned understand that fishing presents hazards at anytime weather, faulty equipment and poor seamanship.
As a condition of entering the Hawg Fest I
the undersigned participant hereby release and agree to waive any and all liability and responsibility to the participant/s
or his/her heirs, executors, personal representatives, and representatives for loss, damage or injury suffered
during the course of or arising out of participation in the Hawg Fest whether or not arising out of negligence on behalf of myself or the part of any and/or
all sponsor, Hawg Fest organizers, volunteers and Salmon Trout and Steelhead.com and it's pro staff team shred
members.Any breach of the Tournament rules automatically disqualifies participant/s. I further understand my registration
must be received, by mail or in person, no later than August 15th. This is a non- profit event with a 100% pay
back in either cash or prizes.All questionable fish will be subject to inspection . All entries must be post marked
by August 15th please send a check or money order for $40.00 to Hawg Fest

No Professional licensed Guides
can fish while having paid clients, all guides entering will be reviewed
STS.com reserves the right
to refuse entry to anyone.
