I have my Federal R-383 permit
for the Lower Rogue River , i.e.: Lobster Ck to Watson Ck for transfer/sale, could you post somewhere on your site,
that it is available, health issues forces transfer , this permit has allot of historic use days, and would be
a fine addition to someone's guide business for winter steelhead , spring salmon, summer steelhead and fall Chinooks.
It has been the bread and butter for my guiding business for many years, if you could please post, someone will
get the unique opportunity to add to there business an area, thats only a handful of outfitter's get to use, thanks
