This is a Cabezon, one
way to cook this fish will lead to your caloric intake twice over. Cut fish into 2 to 2 1/2 inch chunks. Boil
water, add 1 teaspoon salt and 4 teaspoon sugar to each quart of water. Bring to boil. Drop in bite sized pieces
of when fish comes to top of water, it's cooked. Serve Melted butter add garlic powder and lemon if desired.
